in short, Erik was also the bad villain Magneto. He somehow worked with CIA (or whatever agency) and becomes coworker with Charles dealing with this super villain who always a step ahead of everyone (duh). They kind of admire each other (or love) but they are dealing with global threat so they put off private issue like confess to each other.

Suddenly finished this while waiting for my professor critique my assignment…I thought he was going to reply me in a short time, instead when I realized it is almost 12 am lol Thank you professor for helping me focus, instead of browsing the internet.

See the hands and placement of the two skulls next to them. They are mirrored but I fucked up the angles later oh well. Hope you get it lol. I was so smug about the idea but when I was drawing it I went into “wtf why skeleton dumbass pala my wrist are dyinggggg” but I still kind of like it lol
